LiquidCRM was born from the frustration of juggling spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual workflows while trying to grow a Shopify agency. We set out to build the one platform every Shopify agency actually needs.

Our story

We started as a Shopify agency ourselves. We know what it's like to chase leads in one tool, build proposals in another, send invoices through a third, and manage projects in a fourth.

The existing CRMs were either too generic or too bloated. None of them understood the Shopify ecosystem — the Liquid templates, the merchant relationships, the agency workflows.

So we built LiquidCRM: a single platform that handles everything from lead discovery to project delivery, designed specifically for Shopify agencies and freelancers.
