1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LiquidCRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual freelancers, agencies, and their team members.
2. Description of Service
LiquidCRM is a customer relationship management platform designed for Shopify agencies and freelancers. The Service includes CRM tools, proposal and invoice builders, lead discovery, email campaigns, a client portal, and project management features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Send unsolicited spam or bulk messages through the email campaign features
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within LiquidCRM. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Pricing & Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. During the beta period, access to the Starter plan is free. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing charges for previously free features.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquidCRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
10. Intellectual Property
The LiquidCRM name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of LiquidCRM. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LiquidCRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of egregious violations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
